Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Sainte-Anne-Des-Plaines, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,136 living in private households. 2.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 0.7%. 96.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 3.9% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $77,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 31.4% of households rented rather than owned.
