Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Terrebonne, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,126 living in private households. 8.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 5.1%. 89.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 5.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $96,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 15.0% of households rented rather than owned.
