Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,674 living in private households. 16.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 4.0%. 82.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 21.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $82,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 53.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.36 km², giving a population density of 12,827 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
