Parc-Jarry (east-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,858 living in private households. 11.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 4.8%. 87.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 20.9% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $66,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 70.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.12 km², giving a population density of 16,142 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
