Parc-Jarry (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,561 living in private households. 7.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 1.7%. 92.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 14.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $75,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 68.0% of households rented rather than owned.
