Parc-Jarry (north) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,952 living in private households. 13.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 4.4%. 85.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 18.2% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $73,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 65.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.24 km², giving a population density of 12,059 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
