Parc-Extension (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,777 living in private households. 63.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 45.3%. 35.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $49,600 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 73.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.20 km², giving a population density of 18,989 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
