Côte-Saint-Luc (north-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Côte-Saint-Luc, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,114 living in private households. 12.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 3.6%. 87.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 37.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $115,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 13.5% of households rented rather than owned.
