Côte-Saint-Luc (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Côte-Saint-Luc, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,887 living in private households. 15.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 3.2%. 83.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 35.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $87,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 42.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.77 km², giving a population density of 2,198 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
