Côte-Saint-Luc (south) is a neighbourhood of Côte-Saint-Luc, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,248 living in private households. 47.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 15.9%. 51.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 56.5% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $56,800 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 75.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.59 km², giving a population density of 10,597 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
