Vieux-Beloeil (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Beloeil, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,270 living in private households. 2.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 1.0%. 95.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 4.9% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $92,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 16.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.77 km², giving a population density of 2,407 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
