Mont-Saint-Hilaire (north) is a neighbourhood of Mont-Saint-Hilaire, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 9,267 living in private households. 4.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 1.4%. 94.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 4.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $93,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 23.5% of households rented rather than owned.
