Sainte-Thérèse (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Sainte-Thérèse, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,630 living in private households. 10.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 3.7%. 86.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 9.3% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $63,200 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 63.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.21 km², giving a population density of 3,827 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
