Saint-Constant (west-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Constant, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 10,576 living in private households. 18.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 7.9%. 80.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 19.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $111,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 20.9% of households rented rather than owned.
