Saint-Constant (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Constant, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,179 living in private households. 10.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 3.8%. 88.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $75,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 39.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.08 km², giving a population density of 2,492 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
