Saint-Constant (south) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Constant, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,095 living in private households. 2.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 0.3%. 93.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 3.5% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $88,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 13.8% of households rented rather than owned.
