Dorval (north) is a neighbourhood of Dorval, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,487 living in private households. 35.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 7.4%. 64.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 26.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $89,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 20.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 15.44 km², giving a population density of 226 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
