Dollard-Des Ormeaux (east) is a neighbourhood of Dollard-Des Ormeaux, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,638 living in private households. 59.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 18.5%. 39.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 49.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $75,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 48.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.06 km², giving a population density of 4,376 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
