Dollard-Des Ormeaux (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Dollard-Des Ormeaux, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,070 living in private households. 35.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 9.0%. 63.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 37.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $118,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 7.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.06 km², giving a population density of 1,977 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
