Domaine-des-Rêves (north) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Lin--Laurentides, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,154 living in private households. 3.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 1.7%. 94.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 3.2% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $79,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 27.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 34.90 km², giving a population density of 205 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
