Côte-des-Neiges (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,243 living in private households. 86.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 47.9%. 13.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 66.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $64,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 89.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.27 km², giving a population density of 15,692 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
