Côte-des-Neiges (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,765 living in private households. 61.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 15.1%. 38.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 43.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $52,400 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 89.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.64 km², giving a population density of 10,549 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
