Vaudreuil (west) is a neighbourhood of Vaudreuil-Dorion, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,187 living in private households. 24.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 7.9%. 74.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 20.5% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $120,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 4.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 34.77 km², giving a population density of 207 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
