Saint-Luc (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,905 living in private households. 8.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 2.7%. 89.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 8.8% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $117,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 16.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 26.69 km², giving a population density of 71 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
