Saint-Colomban (south) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Colomban, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 10,282 living in private households. 2.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 1.0%. 96.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 3.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $103,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 14.9% of households rented rather than owned.
