Domaine-Hatin (east-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Jérôme, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,439 living in private households. 6.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 3.0%. 90.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 6.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $50,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 69.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.47 km², giving a population density of 1,390 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
