Pincourt (north) is a neighbourhood of Pincourt, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,884 living in private households. 15.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 3.4%. 82.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 16.8% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $87,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 17.9% of households rented rather than owned.
