N is a neighbourhood of Brossard, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,251 living in private households. 46.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 14.3%. 52.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 40.1% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $77,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 43.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.06 km², giving a population density of 4,015 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
