T is a neighbourhood of Brossard, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,963 living in private households. 53.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 11.0%. 46.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 48.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $80,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 38.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.11 km², giving a population density of 3,560 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
