Mascouche-Ouest (west) is a neighbourhood of Mascouche, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,961 living in private households. 8.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 5.6%. 90.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 6.3% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $106,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 22.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 26.27 km², giving a population density of 303 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
