Mascouche Heights (south-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Mascouche, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,853 living in private households. 15.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 8.3%. 84.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity.
