Maple Ridge (east) is a neighbourhood of Saint-Lazare, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,680 living in private households. 16.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 5.9%. 82.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 13.2% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $102,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 12.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 20.07 km², giving a population density of 383 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
