Lorraine (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Lorraine, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,672 living in private households. 8.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 2.5%. 91.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $121,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 4.4% of households rented rather than owned.
