Laval-des-Rapides (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Laval, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,179 living in private households. 36.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 15.8%. 62.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity.
