Domaine de maisons modulaires Deux-Montagnes (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Sainte-Marthe-Sur-Le-Lac, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 13,552 living in private households. 14.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 5.4%. 84.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.4% reported Indigenous identity.
