Deux-Montagnes (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Deux-Montagnes, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,489 living in private households. 9.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 3.7%. 87.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 12.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $87,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 24.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.91 km², giving a population density of 2,345 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
