Coteau-Station is a neighbourhood of Les Coteaux, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,643 living in private households. 2.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Southeast Asian at 0.7%. 95.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 2.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $79,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 33.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 11.75 km², giving a population density of 480 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
