Boucherville (south) is a neighbourhood of Boucherville, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,640 living in private households. 10.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 3.7%. 87.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 12.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $114,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 11.6% of households rented rather than owned.
