Boucherville (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Boucherville, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,562 living in private households. 6.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 2.5%. 91.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 7.2% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $63,600 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 58.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.38 km², giving a population density of 1,860 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
