Beaconsfield (west-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Beaconsfield, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,836 living in private households. 21.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 6.9%. 78.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 21.5% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $154,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 13.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.19 km², giving a population density of 1,832 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
