Saint-Laurent (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,048 living in private households. 57.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 21.2%. 42.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 53.2% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $69,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 69.6% of households rented rather than owned.
