Saint-Hubert (southeast 1) is a neighbourhood of Longueuil, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,424 living in private households. 23.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 6.8%. 75.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 22.5% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $94,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 18.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.38 km², giving a population density of 2,278 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
