Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles (north-northeast 2) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,829 living in private households. 14.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 7.8%. 83.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 10.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $85,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 30.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.06 km², giving a population density of 3,601 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
