Petite-Côte (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,751 living in private households. 23.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 9.2%. 75.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 24.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $63,200 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 63.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.36 km², giving a population density of 13,357 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
