Parc-Lafontaine (south-southeast 2) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,542 living in private households. 20.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 6.7%. 78.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 25.9% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $60,400 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 69.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.19 km², giving a population density of 18,545 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
