Parc-Lafontaine (northwest 2) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,110 living in private households. 12.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 3.0%. 87.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 23.7% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $77,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 57.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.23 km², giving a population density of 9,324 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
