Nouveau-Bordeaux (west-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,549 living in private households. 43.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 18.3%. 56.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $63,600 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 59.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.33 km², giving a population density of 4,928 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
