Le Gardeur (east-northeast 3) is a neighbourhood of Repentigny, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,822 living in private households. 18.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 10.1%. 79.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 12.5% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $86,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 26.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.01 km², giving a population density of 3,784 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
