Fabreville (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Laval, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 8,223 living in private households. 25.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 7.6%. 72.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 25.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide.
