Domaine-des-Hauts-Bois (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Sainte-Julie, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,142 living in private households. 5.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 2.1%. 93.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 7.6% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $96,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 15.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.42 km², giving a population density of 2,921 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
